Two years ago my sister got married. Staring at her wedding cakes was probably the trigger for my slight...obsession. ;) I've been baking and cooking as much as possible ever since.
 The thing is though, I am allergic to a variety of different important ingredients such as Corn, Yeast, and Egg Whites. As you can imagine, it has made things a bit more difficult.
I myself have searched and searched for allergy friendly recipes, but something like corn usually isn't the first thing people think of when they hear the words, food allergy. This blog is an archive of sorts, to share about my different findings and experimentations in baking and cooking with food allergies.
